Douglas Flint's theoretical orientation is Cognitive Behavioral therapy [CBT], integrating Mindfulness and EMDR. He has extensive experience working with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, anxiety, depression and couples' issues, as well  continuing to upgrade training in ADD/ADHD with adolescents and adults.
